If you want to become a Basic Member you would have to provide us with certain identifiable information i.e.

1.Name

2.Email

3, Mobile Number

4.School Details(batch year)

5.Profession

If you need to become an Active Member , you would also need to provide 2 proofs (images of certificates) which confirm your schooling from BBPS-GR.

We donot share/sell this information however it can be used to contact or identify you.

The data is stored permanently however we reserve the right to delete it.If you want to withdraw membership , you can email us at bbpsalumni@gr.balbharati.org. Please note that if you withdraw membership , all your data is deleted. i.e. if you want your data to be deleted , withdraw your membership.

Camera Permissions & Images

The app needs camera permissions in case you want to click the images of the certificates you need to upload to become an active member of the Alumni Association of Bal Bharati Public School, Ganga Ram Marg,New Delhi

We only use the images uploaded by you to acertain your alumni status.Only the admins of the Alumni Assocciation have the access to the images of certificates(supporting documents) uploaded. We donot share or sell the images of certificates or use them for advertising. However we reserve the right to delete the images uploaded.

Photos Access Permission

The app needs permission to access your photos folder as you may want to upload images of your certificates(proof of alumni status)

Storage Permission

The app needs read/write storage permission in case you want to download any information (depending upon your membership type) which may be provided/updated from time to time OR you want to upload any documents / related material which you may find beneficial for the association

Communication

We may use personal information to contact you with newsletters, notifications ,emails or other promotional information.

Cookies are small amount of data which may include certain information or identifiers.  Like most of the sites/apps we may use cookies to collect information
